Absolutely spotless
Pas and Jacqui were the perfect hosts.
Very laid back and relaxed and made us both feel so welcome.
The accommodation was absolutely spotless with everything you could need for a weekend break to explore this beautiful part of the world.
I highly recommend that you book some time in this wonderful place.

Incredibly welcoming
Pas and Jacqui are the most wonderful hosts - they were incredibly welcoming and kind! I could not have had a better experience.
The studio is clean, well-planned, recently renovated and perfect for 1-2 people to stay in. It's a few minutes away from a lovely café, local pub, a farmer's market, and wonderful views and walks. Horses roam around freely in the picturesque village, and all locals are very kind and chatty. I strongly recommend if you're looking to stay in the area!

A perfect place to stay
Had such a lovely couple of days away in the New Forest! Lovely quiet area, with beautiful walks around and some really cute places to eat. It’s a perfect place to stay if you want a few days away from the hustle and bustle of the lead up to Christmas!
The room itself was like a self-contained studio, complete with a little kitchenette and mini fridge! Was the perfect size for me and my partner, with a comfortable bed and a nice big bathroom!

Hosts are amazing
Firstly Pas and Jacqui as hosts are amazing.
Friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable about the local area.
The accommodation is immaculate, with lovely touches like a small can of gin and tonic in the fridge :) miniature cereals and hot drinks. The furnishings are modern and the bed is super comfy :)
The outdoor space is beautiful, with the pool and outdoor furnishings . Just like the photos plus more :)
The location is great, easy to get to, with a Tesco Express 5mins away. I love horses and the accommodation is right by an area with lots of horses:) there are also deer, sheep and donkeys close by :)
We absolutely loved our stay and would rate Pas and Jacqui higher than a 5* for their hosting, and for the accommodation if the option was there! Dont think about it, book it :) We will be returning :)

In an ideal location
Very chilled and welcoming hosts. Made us feel very comfortable during our stay.
Accommodation has everything you need, good array of amenities in the room. The book with leaflets of local restaurants and activities/sightseeing was a nice touch.
In an ideal location and you definitely get to see lot of donkeys and horses nearby. Parking is available on the drive as well, which is very handy. Would highly recommend the accommodation and would book again if we are in the area.

10/10 stay
Amazing hosts who make you feel very welcome and are so helpful! Pool was absolutely beautiful and really warm for April! The studio apartment is so modern, clean, comfy and luxurious. Location is amazing- going for a walk and coming across donkeys and horses. Great location with lovely country pubs near by. We will definitely be visiting again. If you are looking for a relaxing break I couldn’t recommend more!

Sanctuary of serenity
In search of silence and solitude I booked this wonderful little place… and it was the perfect sanctuary of serenity, privacy and comfort. Spotlessly clean and cosy. The bed is so comfortable- I slept the best I’ve done in ages! The hosts are lovely- communication was super clear and timely. I highly recommend a stay here if you’re visiting the New Forest. Off the beaten track but very accessible. The Potting Shed café (2 mins walk away) provided a delicious breakfast. Plenty of walks and pubs nearby- whether you’ve come with or without the car. Thank you for a lovely stay ☺️
