When booking directly through the website, you be directed to the 

Payment page where the following cards are accepted:

Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch, Mastercard, American Express - no charge.

 

If you prefer to pay via online banking, please contact us prior to booking.

When booking, the total cost of your reservation is required.

If you cancel your reservation more than 4 days before arrival, you will be fully refunded.

If you cancel your reservation less than 4 days before your check in date, you will not be refunded.

 

*However, we do understand that unforeseen emergencies can occur in which you are forced to cancel without notice and this can be discussed at the time.

In the event of a no show or a reduction in booked nights (after arrival date) no refund will be issued.

The accommodation is for adults only. No children under the age of 18 permitted.

• Quiet time from 10pm.

• No smoking.

• No parties or events.

• No unregistered guests or visitors allowed without prior notice.

• Unruly or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.

• Nothing other than toilet tissue down the toilet - if you cause a blockage you will be charged for the emergency plumber call out fee.

• If guests are do not adhere to these simple house rules, they will be asked to leave.
